Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between Synapserve Innovations Private Limited ("we"), which runs KASAUTI IQ, and the company that registers for it ("you"), and they apply to everyone who uses KASAUTI IQ for that company. Learners using free practice tests accept them for their own account. A signed order form or agreement with us takes precedence where it differs. Last updated 4 November 2026.
Accounts
A company can use KASAUTI IQ as soon as it registers: on the free trial, then on the plan it pays for. Each person signs in with their own account and keeps their password, and two-step sign-in codes where used, to themselves. You are responsible for who you add to your team and for what happens under your company's accounts.
Plans and Fees
Plans, prices and what each includes are shown on the pricing page or in your order form. Fees are billed in Indian rupees for each monthly or annual billing period, in advance, and exclude GST, which is added at the applicable rate. Interview credits included in a period don't carry over to the next one. If a payment is late, your company keeps working for 7 days, then becomes read-only until it is paid. Cancellation and refunds follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy. We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from your next billing period.
Your Data
Your company owns the data it puts into KASAUTI IQ, including candidate details, recordings, transcripts, notes and reports. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis for the candidate data you add, for giving candidates the notices the law requires, and for adding only what your hiring needs.
Data Processing
For personal data in your account we act as your data processor under India's DPDP Act. We process it only on your instructions and to provide the service; keep it confidential and allow only staff who need it to access it; protect it with the measures on the Security page; use only the sub-processors listed in the Privacy Notice and tell you before adding a new one; tell you without undue delay of a personal data breach that affects your data; help you answer requests from the people whose data it is; and delete or return your data when the service ends. AI Features
AI features produce drafts and suggestions, such as interview reports and questions, which can be wrong. A person on your team must review them, and hiring decisions are yours. You can turn AI features off.
Acceptable Use
Don't try to reach another company's data, test the security of the service without our written permission, interfere with it, overload it, copy or resell it, upload files that contain malicious code, or use it to discriminate unlawfully against candidates. Report security problems to the address in security.txt.
Our Service
We keep KASAUTI IQ running and secure with reasonable care and skill, and we may improve or change features. We aim to tell you ahead of planned maintenance. Apart from what these terms say, the service is provided as it is, without other warranties.
Confidentiality
Each side keeps the other's non-public information confidential and uses it only for this agreement, unless the law requires it to be disclosed.
Liability
Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits or business. Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. These limits don't apply to your obligation to pay fees, to a breach of confidentiality, or to anything the law does not allow to be limited.
Suspension and Termination
You can stop using KASAUTI IQ at any time; a paid plan then ends at the end of its billing period. We can suspend a company or an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or puts other users at risk, and end the agreement with 30 days' notice if a serious breach is not fixed. When the service ends, you can ask us for a copy of your data within 30 days, after which it is deleted as described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes to These Terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes. We give at least 30 days' notice of a change that reduces your rights; continuing to use KASAUTI IQ after that means you accept it.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
