Interview credits

What one credit covers.

Credits are used when an interview is scheduled and given back if it is cancelled before it starts, or if nobody joins.

Live Interview
1 credit per 45 minutes or part of it: a 60-minute interview uses 2.
AI Interview
1 credit per 30 minutes or part of it: a 45-minute interview uses 2.
Self-Paced Interview
1 credit, whatever the number of questions.
Credit Packs
10 credits for ₹3,500 excluding GST, valid 12 months. A period's included credits are used first and don't roll over; pack credits do.

Paid pilot

A pilot with a defined scope and a result you can judge.

For teams that want to test it on real hiring before a longer agreement. In the product, a pilot is a package with an end date.

Scope
One or two roles you are hiring for now, a defined group of candidates, and the parts of the product you want to test.

Duration
Agreed together before it starts, long enough for that group of candidates to get through the test and the interviews.

Success Criteria
Written down up front: for example the time your team takes to review a report, whether reviewers find the evidence useful, and how many candidates complete.

Afterwards
If you continue, your company moves to the package we agree, with the same account and data. If you don't, the pilot ends like any plan.

Choose a plan and register: you pay on Razorpay's secure page by card, UPI or net banking, monthly or annually, and your company is ready as soon as the payment goes through. Prices exclude 18% GST, which is added at payment. Later periods can be paid by bank transfer or UPI. If a payment is late, your company keeps working for 7 days.

A free trial of 3 days starts as soon as you register your company. The trial uses our trial package, with its own features and limits. If you need longer to decide, ask us before it ends.

Your company admins get a notice 3 days before the end date and another when it has passed. After that your company is read-only: everyone can still sign in and see positions, candidates, interviews and reports, but nothing can be changed, and no AI runs for your company, background jobs included.

Nothing is deleted because a plan ends. When we assign a package or extend the end date, everything works again.

The action that would go over it is stopped, with a message naming the limit, for example the number of open positions. Everything else keeps working. When interview credits run out, you can buy a credit pack or move to a larger plan from Plan & Usage.

Company admins have a Plan & Usage page in the app: the plan and its billing period, interview credits left, how much of each limit is in use, the credit history and your payments.

Yes. Request an upgrade from Plan & Usage: it takes effect at once, with the extra interview credits for the rest of the period. A move to a smaller plan takes effect at the end of the period. Your account, team and data stay as they are.
