Build

Made from questions you already trust.

An assessment is a list of questions from your company's question bank, each worth the points you choose, with its own settings.

  • Add questions from your bank, or straight from the Question Library, and give each one 1 to 100 points.
  • Set a level (L1 to L4, or HR) and, if you like, the position it belongs to.
  • Write instructions the candidate reads before starting.
  • Your company admin sets the default settings; each assessment can change them.
  • Once an assessment has been sent, the settings that shape the test are locked, so every candidate sits the same one.

What the candidate sees.

A plain page with one question at a time, the time left and their progress. Everything that will be recorded is stated before they begin.

  1. 01

    The Link Arrives

By email, with the deadline in the sender's time zone, or opened on an office computer for someone sitting the test on site. No account is needed.

  2. 02

    They Read the Rules

Only the rules this assessment turns on: full screen, copy and paste, tab switches, camera photos. Then they agree and start.

  3. 03

    Camera and Microphone Check

When the assessment needs them, before the timer starts.

  4. 04

    The Timer Runs

It keeps running if they leave the page. When time is up, the answers so far are submitted automatically.

  5. 05

    They Submit

The person who sent the test and the person who made it are notified. The link stops working.

A short screening quiz and a final technical test need different rules. Every setting is stated to the candidate before they start.

Pass Mark
Any percentage from 0 to 100.

Marking

Every point can be traced to an answer.

The result shows the score, pass or fail against your pass mark, the time taken, how the test ended and every answer. Until written answers are marked, the score is shown as not final.

Common questions.

A reviewer can allow re-entry. The candidate gets a new one-time link and continues with the time they had left. The result shows how many re-entries there were.

No. The candidate's page only receives each question and its options. Correct options, model answers and explanations never leave the server.

Up to 50 at a time by email. Each one gets their own link, which works once and closes on the date you set. You can cancel an invitation that hasn't been started.

To the assessment's results list and to the candidate's record, next to their interviews. Who can see them depends on their role: an interviewer sees the assessments they created.

Only what the assessment's settings turn on, and the candidate is told before starting. The browser sends event types, times and small numbers such as a duration, never what is on the screen. The Integrity Signals page describes each signal and its limits.

See it with your own hiring process.

Tell us the roles you hire for. We'll walk through an assessment, an interview and its report, built around one of them.

  1. 1

We reply within one working day to agree a time and the roles to cover.

  2. 2

A 30-minute walkthrough of the product with your own positions.

  3. 3

A pilot if it fits with a defined group of candidates.
