End to end

Six steps, and who does what in each.

The software collects and organises the evidence. A named person makes every decision that affects a candidate.

01PositionSoftwareFills in the position form from a job description you upload, and can write questions for the role.PersonChecks the form, names the hiring panel and sets the hours the panel is free to interview.
02CandidatesSoftwareReads each résumé, fills in the candidate's details and gives a 0–100 match score against the position.PersonMoves each candidate to Shortlisted, Waitlisted or Rejected. The score never does.
03AssessmentSoftwareSends a one-time link, runs the timer, marks choice questions and records integrity events.PersonPicks the questions and the pass mark, marks written answers and reviews anything recorded.
04InterviewSoftwareSends calendar invites, records the call, writes a live transcript and runs code in the shared editor.PersonRuns the interview, lets the candidate in from the lobby and submits feedback with a recommendation.
05ReportSoftwareDrafts a report from the transcript: every question, a rating and the candidate's own words with times.PersonReads the draft against the recording, edits it and signs it off.
06DecisionSoftwarePuts the test result, the recordings, the reports and every interviewer's feedback on one record.PersonThe hiring panel decides. Nothing in the product hires or rejects anyone.

Evidence

Four kinds of evidence, never blended into one number.

Each comes from a different place and means something different, so the record shows them separately. Integrity signals never change a score.

Résumé Match

From: The résumé, read against the position's description and skills.

Shown as: A score from 0 to 100 on the candidate's application.

It measures fit on paper, not ability.

Assessment Score

From: The candidate's answers to the questions you chose.

Shown as: Points per question, a percentage and pass or fail against your pass mark.

Written answers count only once a reviewer marks them.

Interview Evidence

From: The recording, the transcript and each interviewer's feedback.

Shown as: A report with a rating per question, quotes with their times, and the panel's recommendations.

Where the evidence is thin, the report says so instead of guessing.

Integrity Signals

From: Events the candidate's browser reports, and timed camera photos when turned on.

Shown as: Counts, a timeline and photos, kept apart from every score.

A signal is a reason to look again, never proof.

What the panel sees when it decides.

Every step adds to the candidate's record. When the panel meets, the test, the interviews and the feedback are already in one place.

  • Each interviewer submits their own feedback: a recommendation from Strong Yes to Strong No, a 1–5 rating, strengths and concerns.
  • Interviewers keep private notes during the call; they stay with the person who wrote them.
  • Recordings and reports are kept for the periods your company sets, then removed.
  • Dashboards show progress for the company, each recruiter, each interviewer and each panel.

Each person sees what their role allows.

Every request is checked on the server against the person's company and role permissions. Changes are written to an activity log your company admin can read.
