Client submission
From the client's brief to a submission you can stand behind.
Every step adds to the same candidate record, so whoever submits can see the test, the interview and the report together.
There is no client portal. The client receives the PDF you send, the same way they receive résumés from you today.
- 01
Create the Position
Upload the client's job description. AI fills in the position form; you check it and save.
- 02
Add the Shortlist
Upload each candidate's résumé. AI reads it and gives a match score from 0 to 100 against the position.
- 03
Send an Online Test
A timed test sent by link that expires. Choice questions are marked automatically, written answers by your reviewer, against a pass mark you set.
- 04
Interview on Video
The candidate joins by link, with no account. The room is recorded, transcribed live and has a shared code editor that runs code.
- 05
Review and Submit
AI drafts the report from the transcript. Your recruiter edits and finalises it, then downloads it as a PDF to send with the profile.
Verification
Find out what the résumé can't tell you.
A short test and a recorded technical round show whether the candidate can explain and apply the skills the role needs.
- Questions come from your own bank or the ready-made Question Library, set to the client's stack.
- Code is written and run in the interview, in JavaScript (Node.js), TypeScript, Python 3, Java, C++, C#, Go or SQL (SQLite).
- Tab switches, large pastes and camera events are noted with their time, as prompts to check the recording.
- A signal is never proof of cheating, and a hesitant answer isn't either. A person looks at the moment and decides.
- 06:12Tab hidden for 14 s
- 11:40Large paste in the code editor
- 19:03Two faces in view
For review, not a verdict. Each signal links to its moment in the recording.

Sample report
What the client receives.
The report your recruiter signs off is the one you send. This is what it contains.
- Every question asked
- Each question from the interview, with a short summary of the candidate's answer.
- A rating per answer
- Strong, adequate, weak or not answered, so a thin answer can't hide behind a good overall impression.
- Quotes with their times
- Up to three of the candidate's own sentences per answer, each with the moment it was said.
- A cautious recommendation
- Suggested only when the evidence clearly supports it. Otherwise the report says there isn't enough evidence.
- Signed off by a person
- Your recruiter reviews and edits the draft. Only a finalised report is ready to send.
