Governance
Access follows the role, and the role follows the job.
Three company roles cover hiring: Company Admin, Recruiter (HR) and Interviewer. What each can do is a permission matrix, not a fixed list.
- Each permission can be switched off for a role in your company. We make the change on our side when you ask, and it is recorded.
- Interviewers see only the positions and candidates they interview for, and the final reports of their own interviews.
- Hiring panels take only people with an email on your company's domains, up to five of them.
- Company admins add recruiters and interviewers, disable and re-enable them, and reset their passwords.
- Every request is checked on the server against the person's company and permissions, not only hidden in the screen.

Activity log
Every change is written down, with who made it and when.
Creating a position, moving candidates between stages, adding a member, even opening a résumé: each is an entry in the company's activity log.
- Company admins can read the log and filter it by person, action and date.
- Sign-ins and failed sign-in attempts are recorded too.
- Entries are written by the server as the change is made, not added afterwards.
Consistency
The same structure, whichever team is hiring.
When every panel uses the same forms, results from different teams can be read side by side.
- The same questions for a position
- Each position has its own question set with points per question, so every candidate for it is asked from the same list.
- One feedback form
- Every interviewer gives a recommendation from strong yes to strong no, a rating from 1 to 5, strengths and concerns.
- One report structure
- Every AI report covers each question, a rating per answer and quotes with their times, and a person finalises it.
- Consent on record
- Before an interview the candidate agrees to what it uses, such as recording. The agreement is kept with the version of the notice they saw.
- Retention you set
- Your company admin sets how long recordings, camera photos, transcripts and reports are kept. A nightly job removes what is past its time.
Integrations
KASAUTI IQ has no live integrations today: no ATS connection and no single sign-on. Positions and candidates are created in the app, and reports are downloaded as PDFs.
If a connection is a requirement for you, raise it in the demo so we can talk about it plainly.
Security Review
Start with the Security page: how accounts, data and recordings are protected, in plain terms. For a questionnaire or anything it doesn't answer, contact us.
We describe the controls that exist today and don't claim certifications we don't hold.
