Start from ready-made questions, then make them yours.

The Question Library holds questions by role, technology and difficulty. Copy the ones you want into your own question bank, edit them freely, and use them in assessments and interviews.

Library and bank

Two places questions live.

The library is shared and read only. Your question bank is private to your company, and it's the only place assessments and interviews take questions from.

Copy, then edit

Take what fits, change what doesn't.

Open Add from Library from your question bank, or while building an assessment. Pick the questions you want and they're copied in, ready to edit.

  • Search by text, and narrow by technology and role. Each result shows its type and difficulty.
  • Questions you've already copied are marked In Your Bank, so nothing is copied twice.
  • Your copy is independent: edit the wording, the options or the answer without touching the library.
  • Every question in your bank shows where it came from: added manually, imported, AI-assisted, AI-generated or from the library.

AI question generation

Questions generated for the position in front of you.

When the library doesn't have what you need, AI can draft questions from the position itself: its description, skills and experience range.

  • Choose how many, which question types and a difficulty, or let the difficulty follow the experience range.
  • From the Questions page, generate up to 10 at a time for a position or a role, then keep, edit or drop each draft before saving.
  • Save a position with a number of questions and they're generated for it in the background. Edit or remove any of them afterwards.
  • It avoids repeating questions the position already has, and never asks about age, gender, religion, health, family or other personal matters.

AI features depend on your package and a daily limit. Already have questions in a document? Paste them in and they're checked and imported in one go. See how they're used in Online Assessments.

See it with your own hiring process.
